refunds
Short version: I check every ad, I refund anything I turn down, and your two weeks start when it actually goes on the wall.
Ad space
I approve every ad before it goes up
Nothing goes on the wall without me looking at it first. Usually I get to it the same day, and always within two days of you ordering.
If I turn yours down you get a full refund, back to the card you paid with, and that is the end of it. No argument and no restocking fee, because there is no stock.
What I turn down
Not much, honestly. But I will say no to anything hateful, anything targeting a specific private person, anything sexual, anything promoting a scam, and anything that would get me in trouble with my university or my landlord.
If you are not sure whether an idea is over the line, ask me before you buy.
Two weeks, starting when it goes up
Every ad stays on the wall for 14 days. Those days start the day it physically goes up — not the day you ordered. For a bedsheet that can be a couple of days later, because I have to go buy a bedsheet and spray paint it.
While it is up, it gets featured in a video. I will message you when that happens.
If you picked the DM option
For paper and poster ads you can send me the artwork on Instagram instead of uploading it. Nothing goes up until that arrives, so the sooner you send it the sooner your two weeks start. If I have not heard from you in 30 days I will refund the order rather than sit on your money.
Changes and cancellations
Before it goes up: message me and I will change it or refund it, no problem. After it goes up: I cannot un-paint a bedsheet, so that one is final.
What I do with your stuff
Artwork you upload is used for your ad and nothing else. Your ad will appear in videos and photos of my room, which is the entire product. Your email is used to contact you about your order and nothing else — I do not have a mailing list and I am not building one.
Merch
It is made when you order it
The hoodie is printed on demand, so it takes 7 to 12 days to arrive rather than two. That is not a delay, that is just how it works.
Sizing and returns
There is a size chart on the product — please look at it, because a printed-to-order item cannot be restocked. If it turns up damaged or the wrong item, send me a photo and I will replace it or refund it.
Everything else
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. I never see your card details and they never touch this website.
Who you are dealing with
A person, in Utah, who films things at night. If something goes wrong, email me and an actual human will answer.
